8. MOVING ABROAD

    • to request a limitation in the cases expressly provided for by art. 18, paragraph of the GDPR;
    • to request its portability, in the cases indicated in art. 20 of the GDPR;
    • to object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of your Data pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions; in this case, the Data Controller shall refrain from further processing your Personal Data unless it demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate reasons for proceeding with the processing that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court; if your Data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Data carried out for such purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing; if you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, your Data will no longer be processed for these purposes;
    • you are not subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you; this right applies only to the provisions of art. 22 of the GDPR;
    • the right to access your personal data, to request its rectification or limitation, to update it if it is incomplete or incorrect and to delete it if the conditions are met, as well as to object to processing.

In order to facilitate the exercise of the above rights, the "exercise of rights regarding the protection of personal data", duly completed on the portal of the Privacy Guarantor http://www.garanteprivacy.it, may be forwarded to the Data Controller.

Finally, we inform you that the data subjects, if they believe that the processing of personal data relating to them takes place in violation of the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (art. 77), have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, (www.garanteprivacy.it) or to take legal action.

12. CHANGES AND UPDATES
