Accessibility Statement

Fashion Point S.r.l. is committed to making its website and digital services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with its obligations under the Equality Act 2010. This accessibility statement applies to: https://www.b-exit.com/.

Description of the Service

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Our products and services can be found, accessed and used by people with disabilities in the usual way, without particular difficulty and generally without outside help.

Compliance Status

Our website partially complies with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA, as referenced in EN 301 549 v3.2.1. We use this standard as our voluntary benchmark for accessibility and are actively addressing the known non-conformities.

Non-Accessible Content

The following content is not yet fully accessible. We are working to address these issues as part of our ongoing accessibility programme:

  • On several pages there are images without captions. It is difficult to navigate to the images with screen readers. | WCAG: 1.1.1
  • There are links without link text on almost all pages. | WCAG: 2.4.4
  • On almost all pages, the contrast between text and background is too low. | WCAG: 1.4.3
  • There are form fields without a label on several pages. It is difficult to navigate to the form fields with screen readers. | WCAG: 4.1.2
  • On many pages, a parent element lacks the appropriate child elements. This can confuse screen reader users because content is expected but none is there. | WCAG: 1.3.1
  • On all pages, there are particularly important areas that are marked with the role 'region' but have no labeling. As a result, screen reader users cannot recognize the purpose and content of the area. | WCAG: 1.3.1
  • On all pages there are scrollable elements that cannot be scrolled with the keyboard. This makes it difficult for users of assistive technologies to grasp the whole page. | WCAG: 2.1.1
  • On all pages there are elements whose Aria ID occurs several times. This makes it difficult to navigate the website with screen readers. | WCAG: 4.1.2
